Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us first at houseofheavennn@gmail.com. We will review your request and, if the return is accepted, we will let you know where to send the item and provide any relevant return instructions.
Please do not send any items back to us before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Opened or used products
Where a product has been supplied sealed and, due to health protection or hygiene reasons, is not suitable for return once unsealed, the right to cancel may no longer apply after the seal has been broken.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at houseofheavennn@gmail.com.
We may ask you to provide clear photographs of the product, packaging and any damage so that we can assess the issue.
Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will let you know the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, return or refund.
Condition of returns
Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging where applicable.
Items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund unless the item was faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been accepted.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
