These terms apply when you use the House of Heaven online store or place an order with us.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our fragrance products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours, packaging or presentation may vary slightly. Product availability can change without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue, delivery restriction, or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. The total price, including applicable delivery charges, is shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns & Refunds page explains our return process. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Use of the website

House of Heaven branding, original website content, graphics and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
